These are, quite simply, the best fruit-flavored hard candies I've found. Everything about these candies has been considered and perfected: The varied shapes make it easy to visually recognize flavors (but none of the shapes are awkward in the month); interior bubbles that can form sharp, tongue-cutting edges are are quite rare; and the exterior coating is enough to prevent candies from congealing into a mass but not so heavy as to unduly disrupt the initial flavor. I'll always have a soft spot for the classic five flavors of Lifesavers, but the nuances of Hermann's fruit flavors is something else entirely. These are a joy.These are very good , very tasty ,hard licorice candies but theyre not salmiack. Thats no big deal for me though as I like these and will buy some more when I run out.If youre a candy junkie youre gonna like these .This is the best tasting hard candy out there. It is not sugary sweet, artificial tasting like American hard candy. The flavors are very unique. I wish it was not so expensive so I can enjoy it more often. I love this stuff!I love licorice and this is the strongest licorice flavor of all that I have tried. My favorite is the blackberry. There is no hard candy quite like Hermanns. Just a bit pricey.
