1000/1000 M&M’s would recommend!! This is for people who don’t mess around… If you’re suffering from school, relationships, or just life in general, this is for you. My personal problem with the world, pre 56oz’s of M&M’s, was the ludicrous amount of reading I was assigned by my writing professor. Seriously though, this is a WRITING class not a READING class. /rantNot only did I succeed at making myself sick the first night binging on these chocolate balls but I found hope and determination after the stomach agony. After my hateful belly stopped yelling at me for my new diet, I crawled out of the fetal position and got to work!! Granted work was a couple feet away at my computer… Everything that had been getting me down like interpreting the meaning of ink symbols on a page, scratching those same symbols into a note pad, and maybe just a general lack of chocolate in my life started finally getting resolved. All the crap I have to deal with just went away. Speaking of crap, chocolate is a mild laxative so be careful. To tell you the truth, I gave up going back and forth between the bathroom and my desk and just took my readings and M&M bag into the bathroom…… Besides this “minor” inconvenience, purchasing this bag of M&M’s was the best decision I’ve made this year!! After the 56oz bag of M&M’s was depleted, everything was bright and beautiful again!!Now that they are packaged in a large hard plastic tub/jug, a lot of them end up chipped and broken. I wish they would go back to the brown soft plastic package.I knew it said 56 ounces of milk chocolate M&Ms but I did not comprehend just how big! I love how big the bags are and the fact that it will last a very long time in my house! I purchased 4 of these bags and they will last a very long time! No more having to buy my daughters little bags at the store anymore! For no on I will purchase it this way since I saved a lot of time, money, and did not have to spend the gas in my car and I got free shipping with my amazon prime! Also I bought this to fill my hollow milk chocolate bunnies with cause I found some website saying someone dig that as a surprise and the kiddies loved it. Since I have M&M fans in my house I know they will love it! Definitely worth buying and will purchase again! Also I recommend this to everyone!This really is a good deal at what price I got this huge bag. 56 ounces of candy for 13.90 and free shipping? Awesome! The package arrived WAY before expected, and this is a good thing as it was hot, seriously burning hot out, and there wasn't any means of cooling down the M&M's in the box they arrived in. I can't imagine if I'd waited the full time expected what would've happened. Upon opening the bag of m&ms, I noticed that some of the m&ms were cracked, smashed, and together in clumps. I've recently opened the m&M's after letting them get Nice and cold and ready for a movie night, and noticed that at the top, some m&m's were cracked, smashed and melted together with 6-10 others, but there were only a few clumps like this. The rest of the m&m's taste great, are in great condition, and are in no way damaged so far. I'll see how good they are down at the bottom of the bag in a few days or so.This is kind of a slam dunk review, really. Love these things. If you don't, I don't want to know you ;)My husband tried to test the "melts in your mouth, not in your hands" bit, but they never last long enough. I didn't even pretend to try.I've ordered these twice now. The first bag for Christmas.. then another bag for personal munching.The first bag was in great shape. Not many imperfect little candies.. the second bag has a LOT of split candies, I'd guess it at 30 to 40 percent.Not sure what would cause them to split.Neither bag had melted candies, all where intact with bright and shiny candy shells, all were tasty. Arrived promptly.Just a heads up if you are planning on serving to guests.If for yourself, zip top bag for easy storage!!If you love M&M's, then this is one of the better offerings on-line. Get out your calculator and do the math before you order, including tax and delivery too of course.M&M's are the most durable candy imaginable. With the hard candy shell, they can stay intact in the harshest climates; if kept chilled or at least cool, they can last for months.Like any other snack, they can be harmless to your diet or the end of it, depending upon whether you can take a small handful or instead open the bag and finish it by the 4th quarter. Still, it's your choice and M&M's will be there, intact, whatever your choice...I can't slight the product. Anything that contributes to the wealth of 4 or 5 of the richest Americans(the Marz family) can't be bad. But, you might want to wait until we are past the summer months. Somehow these babies were overheated when under pressure?OMG, I opened the bag to discover crumbled and re-solidified M&Ms. Broken chunks and pieces. Possibly 20% of the individual M&Ms were okay. The rest were ArM&Mageddon. Guernica in chocolate & M&M colors. Shist, geologically that is! That's what the chunks remind me of.So, what am I doing? I'm eating them, 1 to 2 inch chunks at a time. True, I can't sort my colors and I don't know how many M&M's equal a Chunk. Still they're an exceptional product. Yum.Too much moneyAAA+++
