Outfit fits well for the most part, the red part does not come with it. I bought a pink tutu to throw under the dress. Looked nice. Wig also does not come with it, I bought just a regular blue one.It fit like a glove.This dress was soo pretty!! The painted decorations looked nice and the 3D cupcakes and ice cream come we're really pretty and stayed on nicely. I am about a size 10 and 36 DD and it fit great. Everything was also sewn together very nicely. I wore it with the Blue licensed Katy Perry wig and EVERYONE loved my costume, they knew who I was instantly and I got so many compliments. To make the skirt more poofy I got a pink petticoat/tutu to go under.Cheap ripped and tore after two uses. It was like 30$ in store glad I ordered it online but not worth the money stillI m a size 2. the medium size fits me well, although the elastic at top is kinda loose, but for one day, I think people can handle it. Overall, it is a good choice!Great quality product! It was a bit shorter than I thought it would be and was just a smidge tight in the mid section but was a wonderful costume!I ordered Large and it fit my 13 year old, who is a size 10, perfectly! She loved it. Not bad quality and good for the price.Was very cheap looking not worth to wear it. I'm returning it.
