These looked just like my favorite selection from the Runts fruit candy mix. I was already ordering some bulk candy from Vermont Country Store, so I had to add some of these "Banana Heads" to see if they were like my favorites. I am please to report that they are very similar and close enough to satisfy my tongue's banana buds. The plastic bag in which the candies were stored broke open during the ride to my house, but since that bag had been placed inside a white candy box, none of them spilled out into the shipping carton.These Banana Heads are slightly smaller than Runts, as my photo shows, but I honestly didn't notice the size difference until they were placed side by side. I would imagine that these smaller candies would be better for use in a vending machine, if that is how you plan to use them. I can't say that is absolutely the case because I am going to eat them myself rather than put them into a dispenser. Also, the exterior candy shell doesn't have the same banana flavor as Runts, however, when you bite into them you will get the full burst of that dandy banana candy gratification. I would (and probably will) buy them again.
